Extremely poor customer service!!

We had a roof installed with Polycarbonate roof sheeting that costs us over R60 000. The space is 6x6m which is supposed toe be a enclosed braai/stoep/entertainment area.The sheets cracked, the contractor came and remove it to send it away according to Maizeys Klerksdorps instructions. They would have send it away to make sure that the product wasn't defective and that it is the correct product. This happend in July 2020. The contractor phoned several times but didn't get a answer. I decided to phone them myself. That was two weeks ago. I'm still waiting for a response. In the meantime my suppose to be covered dome stoep is the nesting place of birds, not to talk about all the bird droppings, which is worsened when it rain. I have to pass over it every time I enter the house.
