Disgraceful, Rude and unprofessional! Teeth pulling service.

The service I have received from head office is absolutely TERRIBLE! There is actually no words for it.

Firstly I go into Maizey plastics by greenstone area, they put my purchase under the wrong company.. Secondly the lady doing the payment of the purchase clicks refund instead of payment thus making so much nonsense for Me!!! A month later I get a call from an extremely rude lady from head office Anikie stating all of the above, she then tells me I better make the payment immediately which at this point I no longer had the money, thinking that this was paid for when I went into the store and swiped my card! Evenually we get to a payment plan, I've been Begging her for an invoice so I can keep it for my record and no response, I then go into the store to tell the manager my frustration and still nothing!!!

5 months down the line I am still battling with Anieke not giving me an invoice so I can settle the account, she is extremely rude I've asked for her managers details but she does not answer me at all!!
