Shocking customer service!

I have never in my life dealt with a business that has got zero care for a customer. It is categorically the worst customer service I've ever received from any business. All they care about is a sale - so much so that they agreed to hold a pair of shoes for 2 hours (and call me during this time if someone else was interested). The gentleman who runs/owns the store is rude and abrupt. Please be careful when shopping with them. I will share my experience with everyone I come into contact with. They will never see me again.
