Pathetic after sales - They excellent until they have your money

I bought a shoe and trouser online from Maison Mara. Unfortunately they both don't fit. Obviously I would like to return the items. Then you hear about the no return policy they have. They can only exchange it. But now, I cannot exchange it because they have no other sizes available. Basically their stock levels are pathetic. So I tried looking for other stuff on the limited range of goods - but can't find anything that I want - that is available in my size. Obviously they have to give me refund - they have nothing they can sell to me.

Now - When returning the goods - guess what - I need to courier the goods back to them at my cost. All other online stores happily take the courier costs.

Pathetic - I wish I never dealt with them.
