NO REFUND, NO RESOLVE for ONLINE PURCHASE

Shoes bought as a gift, did not fit, returned immediately and received by Maison Mara in good order.

Maison Mara - Cape Town, then advised that they do not do refunds and that another item was to be “purchased”.

I have requested that the Paris based owner(s( of Maison Mara Cape Town contact me for a number of weeks with no success and no resolve. Maison Mara has the retuned shoes and my cash!!

The South African consumer council guidelines state that a full refund is due to a consumer, if item(s) purchases are returned in the same state received and within a quick turnaround.
