BAD SERVICE

I attended a Baby Shower on Saturday 29 September at the above place.

The hall was not decorated according to the instructions and what was paid for as the request for an balloon arch was described as "old fashioned". Also old balloons were used in the balloon decorations that was eventually put up. Also the flowers on the table were blocking the people sitting opposite one another. Again, the original request for low flowers was ignored. The seating arrangements were such that half the people sat with their backs to the mother to be.

Further the owner/manager never one showed her face at the venue and 3 staff members were left, one of which was so rude that you could hardly speak to her.

The food left much to be desired and if you call yourself sa 5 star venue, you certainly do not serve margarine with the bread.

Certainly not a place thatI would recommend for any function.
