Worst online shopping experince

Worst customer service ever, I have been waiting for six months for a straightener that I bought and still nothing. Emailed them and a month ago I was reassured that I would receive a free replacement which technically isn't free since the first one never made it. The customer service is so poor with no apology or compensation offered for the long wait or inconvenience caused. That was supposed to be a present for Christmas for my niece. Contacted them regarding a refund and they still haven't responded.

I work for an online company and I also own my online business which imports and exports goods and I know for a fact that the replacement was never created because I didn't even receive tracking or shipping confirmation.

I wouldn't encourage anyone to buy from them.
