Poor workmanship

<p>Want to warn people about Maintenance Man Leon Willemse of RandPark Ridge. He build a boundary wall for me a month ago. The paint job is terrible, the wall is already cracked and water bubble has developed after today's rain. What's a shame to do such a terrible job. He supposed to be a christian man.</p>
