DO NOT HIRE!!!

I hired Lloyd Heath to do a few small improvements including to tile and paint a few areas of a my first home, a little flat I bought. Every single thing he was hired to do has been completed poorly, or not completed. He misquoted on every single thing he told me to purchase, tiles, grout, paint. I had to return to the shops 4 times I to buy tile glue alone. I cannot properly express in words how bad a job he and his staff did. Chipped and skew tiles, paint messed all over, not painted properly on even 1 single area. Tiles sunken in due to poor installation. I had to buy a new toilet because his workers broke mine while they were chipping tiles, now it leaks all over as the tiles were put in so thick around the area that the tap is, that the hose thingie can’t close. In addition he installed the toilet so far from the wall that I can stick my entire arm behind the toilet tank, right up to my elbow. I have so so many more things to say about how bad the work is, these are just the tip of the iceberg. Almost R50k in materials and labor costs wasted, money that I don’t have to repair it. I bought this flat to live in myself, and he has completely destroyed it and ruined it for me.
