Took in my generator for service and because battery not charging while running. Several issues. Took two weeks instead of two days as estimated. Costs well over initial estimate. Could not fix charging issue so rewired so that internal charger could charge battery while running, not working at all but charged for. Lying constantly, one person says one thing and the next one says something completely different. Total exercise cost more than servicing my Landrover the same week. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Will never deal with them again.
