Broker - Insurance company you can NOT TRUST

At first, I thought what a great service I'm getting but then just a couple of phone call to many and then now replay not standing to behind his clients but then the brokers' TRUE colors start to show. Not replying to emails not answering or returning phone calls. My vehicle that is insured by him is my safety now I question that every time there are more and more problems appearing how can I be safe in a vehicle.
