Bad lying electrician

A Mr Alan Roberts, was paid by me (direct transfer into his bank ac) to do work he quoted me to do.

Coming up 6 weeks now, I have heard every excuse under the sun why he can't come to do the work. I have up 3 weeks ago and asked him to give me my money back. And now he once again has a thousand excuses why he can't pay me my money back !!! Be careful of this fat / lying electrician!!!!
