turbo charge problem

<p>Hi</p> <p>On the 9 June 2016 , I bought a turbo charge of audi A4 2.0 TDI 2010 model on line , from Main Auto In Pretoria South Africa. They said it was R6000.00 and I transfer money into they account . after that they send a wrong turbo and it was damaged and they said they made a mistake , I sent it back to them via gijima courier they sent sent wrong one again ( same turbo) on the 23 June I called them and talk to Dee , he said I must send it back so that I will get my money back on the 28 June I sent it back when I call them On the 28 for refund they said No refund . the number is ********** </p>
