I have used Mailblaze for 4 years now. I'm a bit techno challenged and they are amazing with their assistance and support. Any queries you place on the query box on your account are answered in real time. The query is followed with an email noting the transcript of your query conversation. The email I sent asking for additional assistance was rep**** to with solutions and further support. Geraldine went beyond what was required to help load my info on for me as I was pressed for time. Over the years I have found them easily contactable over the phone, on email and in the pop up query box on my account. A pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Mailblaze.
