Very very bad services from ****en Electronics Kyalami

We contacted ****en electronics to buy some batterys. they sent us a quote without any details about the battery. but they mentioned before we receive the batterys we need to pay for them with EFT into their account. that is the only way they accept payment. when we contacted them, and asked for the warranty on the batterys, are they lead acid batterys, etc, etc, etc, the woman at reception just shouted and screamed without letting my wife talk, and said" we dont want to do business with you, just go and get your batteries somewhere else. for me this is very suspicious, that you need to pay for something into their account, but you cant ask the details of the product. I hope if you deal with them, this does not happen to you.
