****en Electronics- Absolute Rude ***s

****en Electronics is a company who is based in Midrand They sell Inverters, batteries etc I called them yesterday at 1.30pm to enquire about an inverter unit, I was told that a sales person would contact me shortly 24 hours later I still had no sales person contacting myself So i decided to call back and tell them how slack their service is When I called and told this to the woman on the phone, she told me she doesn't need a customer, like myself, (G-d forbid some one should call to enquire about one of their products), and then she went and slammed the phone down on me. When I called back, I told her she was damn rude and had no manners and I asked to speak to the owner. She then proceeded to tell me she was the owner, that I could go to hell and they don't need my business and once again slammed the phone down on me. I have never dealt with a Ruder *** in my life, they have no sales tact and don't deserve to be in business!!!!!!!!
