No return of money owed

<p>On 19 Feb 2016 I submitted forms to ****4u to request the appointment of a part-time worker. They promised to send me CVs of possible candidates. As agreed, I paid R500 for this service on 25 February and sent through my proof of payment on the same day. When following up on several occasions why I am not receiving CVs , I was first informed that they were moving offices (hence the delay) and then that they assumed I was not interested in the service any more, because I never sent them any proof of payment. I resent the 25 Feb proof of payment on 5 May, providing my bank details and asking that the amount be paid back to me, as I had been compelled to appoint someone else in the meantime.</p> <p>Despite several calls, and messages left for the manager, Lindiwe, and emails sent to Lindiwe herself and other staff members, I cannot get any reply from the company, much less back payment of the amount for the service that was never rendered. This, in my opinion, is a downright dishonest way of doing business. </p> <p> </p>
