Lerato Maponya you were employed on a probation period , During your probation period you failed to perform or meet the set standard and target ,Where we sat with you in multiple meetings and sessions to try and remedy the situation with you . You further behaved in a manner that is contrary to our company culture as explained to you during the training sessions you attended  during and after the induction  , All stuff members reported that you were inciting negativity and toxicity , calling them after hours to encourage them to not perform and create lies about the organisation , we have all their sworn statements and the WhatsApp conversations to this effect . You were paid all that was  due to you like everyone else , an detailed email was sent to you to communicate any (if any )  outstanding amount , an email which  you received and acknowledged . We are well aware that the PERFOMANCE REPORT you sent was falsified , we made contact with all clients and candidates who confirmed who assisted them in within the team , definitely not you 

Based on the fact that you used this platform and other WhatsApp Groups  to defame tarnish and ***** the name and reputation of this respected company ,Which has this far assisted over 2 000 young graduates attain job opportunities through learnership and internship , Assisted over 10 000  domestics , nannies , cleaners , care workers , gardeners and care workers secure  relevant skills in their respective fields including  Cleaning  and Hygiene , Housekeeping , Domestic  and garden services in this country , we further made sure  that all our trained candidates are placed in job  opportunities. We further gave you an opportunity with no relevant or related qualifications with the hopes to grow and empower you . All the facts that you are well aware of , I must say It is truly disappointing to see such comments from the  same people you believed in when no one else did , when no one was willing to give you a fighting chance .We believed in you even when you were failing decimally ,  We continued to encourage you  , we communicated  openly  with you , we kept  discussing ways to assist you improve .   In any case We will be taking legal steps  in regards to your defamation of the company's reputation .Be on the look out for the legal documents from our lawyers .
