Mai Thai Sushi Gardens and Uber eats theft

My wish is for zero stars. I've ordered, no contact from M Smith, the driver. Bull**** choice of name. The driver never contacted us to report arrival. If my daughter and I did not go stand outside to meet the driver, we would not have otherwise have seen him make a U-turn on my corner and leave with my order. I have called the "customer care helpline" only to hear that they do not handle this type of queries. I must contact the "selected team". Later, while fighting with the Indian, mascarading as a call centre agent from JHB, he then changed the team name to the "specialised team" because he never said selected. I have no food, no refund, no customer assistance and I'm ****ed. I don't know how one decides to ***** a sushi order, but it happened.
