Mia Flamingo bad service

I bought a Hyperli voucher for a 90 Min Thai Massage. I then made my appointment and when I arrived I was told that the the****** fell ill and they have no other the****** to assist me. Life happens so I understand, however it was also the last day I could use my voucher before it expires. I have tried to make another appointment to use my voucher but were told sorry I can no longer use the voucher and have to pay again or ask Hyperli for a refund. I said but I already paid and showed up for my appointment, unfortunately they were not able to accomodate me. I was told that If they massage me they wont get paid for it. I said but I paid and had to leave without getting a massage. Clearly custormer service not the top priority. I feel its unfair that I have to pay again since they were not able to honor the appointment before the voucher expired.
