Useless service and lost service manual

Don't take your old car to be sold by Carien Deyes. She promises to sell it within 2 weeks. A month later I contacted her to see what was happening I could hear she was making up a story and told me people said it drove too rough.

I arranged to collect it and they took it to get cleaned. When I got it back I was told no one test drove it (different story from the first) but the millage was alot higher and the full tank.of petrol I left them with was now on empty. So I suspect it was being used as a run around.

When expecting the car I noticed my service book was missing and contacted Carien to collect it. She first claimed i never gave the book, but I was able to prove it on the paper work. She was very rude over the phone asking what she would do with a service book.

I went to see her to explain she probably just miss placed it and asked if she could just search properly as I need the book for warranties. She agreed but could see she had no intentions to do so and did not care that she had lost it.

She used to work for Integra motors and has many unhappy clients there to please see the reviews before letting her sell your car.

She does not have your best interest and have read you will never get the price that was originally promised. She does not care about anything but getting the sale and I would not suggest giving her your car to sell.
