Terrible Service Mahindra West Rand

Mahindra West Rand is most certainly the worst dealership that anyone can deal with. I bought my Mahindra Thar in middle of January 2019. I paid just over R 130 000-00 extra to the dealership for upgrades such as the bumpers mag wheel radio and hard top. This was a cash deal. Two weeks after the money was paid over to the dealership i started to esquire on when will i get my vehicle. There was constant excuses of the service providers that has not finished the bumpers or the roof or the radio. i eventually received it at the end of week three. The roof was not done and there was an excuse of the service provider not finished yet. i was then requested to please give them the vehicle in a weeks time then they service provider will be fished and install the hard top. There was as usual no communication and i had to call them constantly only to get lame excuses. When i received the Thar eventually the hard top looked very very bad. It looked like something made in someone back yard and spayed with a canister of black paint. I complaint and met with the manager who was at fist not much worried about what the roof looked like. I also complaint that i paid for a radio with a reverse camera Bluetooth, GPS and USB. i could not find the GPS on the radio and was then referred by Mahindra to the service provider who installed the radio. The service provider said that Mahindra did not ask for a radio with a GPS. again i had to go back to get this rectified. Mahindra then took the Thar on 4 March 2019 to fix the roof radio and several other smaller thing that was found. On 5 March 2019 they contacted me and indicate that the service provider want R 2500-00 to respray the roof. I was not happy as I now had to pay for the bad workmanship. Mahindra the decides to use another service provider to make a proper roof. Photos of this roof was sent to me on the same day. Today 15 March 2019 after many promises that i will receive my vehicle today i received yet another excuse that it is not finished. This is by far the worst service that i have every received from any car dealership
