If there was a no star option i would use it i bought a Mahindra Thar November 2019 since then i have had small issues which have still not been attended to but the biggest issue is the vehicle has a noise in reverse. After driving the vehicle twice with the work shop manager he confirmed both times it in the gearbox and they would have to send it to their gearbox specialist the vehicle has been with them and the dealer for three and a half weeks and they still cant tell me what is causing the noise. After i found out that their gearbox specialist is not RMI registered i insisted they put the vehicle back together and i take it somewhere else on receiving the vehicle i noticed the center console was lose come to find one of the bolts cross tightened and half out and the clips damaged the Dealer principle does not take any regard for customers who complain and has a simple dont care attitude truly the worst service ever
