Customer service

I bought golf 6 on the 12 July 2022 cash and it was delivered with wrong parcel shelf which I told the driver to take it back ,from then I've been waiting for my parcel shelf even the princil agent has 0 customers service. I escalated but not even once I receive a call from him.They are all about commission once pay ,you are useless to them they move on.
