Very unhappy Mahindra Customer

Wow, what can I say. Took my vehicle in for a service, and one week later I noticed the all the paint are peeling off in huge strips under the Brake fluid bottle. Took vehicle immediately back to them so that they can investigate as they did replace my rear brake pads and skimmed the brake drums. After numerous emails, whatsapp chats etc. Mahindra rep**** that although they replaced the brake pads and skimmed the drums, they never even bleeded out the brake fluid system and that all damages was because of a brake fluid leak on my bakkie. I had the spraypainting redone at a professional panel beater, but had nothing fixed on the brake fluid system as even the panelbeaters agree that there is no fluid leaking. Also, I have never ever topped up the break fluid system between services as it never ever was necessary because the level was always on its mark. The huge amount of paint that was peeling off, can't be because of a little bit of brake fluid. It was a lot. According to Mahindra, it is because of a small leak over a long period of time, but when they serviced my vehicle I requested the technician working on it to look for oil leaks etc. especially on the turbo. If it was a leak over a long period of time, why didn't they reported it to me that there is a leak eating off the paint. Also, the metal where the paint suddenly all started peeling off in big strips, was bare metal. Not rusted old metal as would have been if it was a leak. Again, if they did the rear brakes, how could they never have bleeded the brake fluid system. According to them, they rinse off the brakefluid that they spill on the vehicles. Mahindra Nelspruit. Unfortunately I will still have to buy spares from you, but hopefully I don't have to take my vehicle to you for a service again. I walked a long road with you, but I think that road has reached a dead end now. I am deeply disappointed in you. Sorry it had to come to this.
