Unaccountable Management
When purchasing everyone is available until two out of the three vehicles started leaking all of a sudden Josh is busy and kept me on hold for over an hour trying to get hold of nameless Dealer Principal/Sales Manager *** and Service Manager *** that recommend that I put silicone on the car and they can accommodate me “do me a favour” only the following day. I even reached out to MAHINDRA Head Office +27 (12) ***Nicolleen whom made promises and yet had to call back three days later to remind her of the promises made. @MAHINDRA SA, not to sure if this is a common problem as it happened to two vehicles at the same and or @Group1 the hiding behind desks is the moto for your service level.
