Extremely Poor after market service

Bought a merc crew bus from them. They said no scratches on the vehicle. When delivered, the left side was full of scratches. They promised last year to get it polished. After many WhatsApps and phone calls, still nothing. Just promises but no delivery. Extremely disappointing
