Clutch damage

I bought the Mahindra Scorpio 2.2 CRDe mHAWK 4X4 P/U D/C on 20/5/2024 at above branch deal with Mark Bannister ( Sales Person) and sign with Christo, about 2 weaks later I whatsapp Mark and said to him that something is wrong with the gears it do not want to go in to 3rd gear, I had to leave my vehicle there for 1 day they said they do not get any thing wrong, on the 11th of June i whatsapp Mark again to let him know that the gears still do not want to go in 3rd gear, again i had to took my car in on the 12th and left it there they said there is a Zing noise on the vehicle, they said they think it is the bearing on the prop shaft, on the 19th they said i must bring the vehicle in the part arrived, i only fetched the vehicle on the 23rd, on the 24th Mark whatsapp me to asked the copy of the disk he said it is the warranty for the prop shaft i did not got anything to show what was repaired. Although the gears still didn't want to go into 3rd gear when it is cold, I have to idle the vehicle to get warm before he go into 3rd gear, i drove with the vehicle because they said nothing is wrong, on the 23rd of March 2025 we drove to Limpopo and at the robot in Witrevier there was a noise and couldn't get any gears, i had to phone a tow truck to come and pick me up and took me to Hyundai in Baberton, but they do not work on Mahindra, had to phone the tow truck again to take me to Heidelberg, Auto City told me we had to take the vehicle to Mayfair Gearbox, this already cost me R11 789.00 for the towing alown, on 14/4/2025 Mayfair Gearbox stripped the gearbox and send me a report that this is a existing damage, Rozlind send me a quote for R54722.50 I do no have that money to fix the gearbox, then Roslind send me a new quote for R42510.36 still i do not have that money, they send me another quote and said i must get the clutch kit the quote come down to R297153.48. on 30/4/2025 I bought a clutch kit at MPD in East Rand Boksburg the asked for my Vin. Number give me the kid said that they sell alote of this kids with the concentric clutch slave and release bearing that cost me a further R6030.00, we took the clutch kit to Mayfair Clutch, on the 6th of May Roslind informed me that the new clutch is not releasing, the slave was also wrong, they have supp**** me another slave, and let me know that they are going to bleed the clutch again and will let me know, the next day she let me know the clutch is still not releasing, they had to pull the gearbox and and remove the box and inspect the same day she told me i had to take back the clutch to MPD, i phones Sergio De Silva to tell him i have to bring back the clutch back, the holes do not line up Roslind send photos, Sergio said that he needs a job card and proof that they are RMI aproved, all was send trough then Sergio send us a video telling me he is not going to refund the clutch that is already there by them, they said to me they will refund me and the money will be in my bank account, now suddenly the will net refund me because the clutch is full of oil and it has been running, at this time i am so frustrated no one want to take the blame in the mean time i have to make a plan to go to work and back. I had to borrow money by my Brother to fixed the vehicle if Auto City in Heidelberg just fixed the clutch as requested in the first place, now everyone do not want to take responsibility, i do have the conversation on record i will send all relevant documents to ***
