Mahindra Midrand Group 1

Still on the problem of the pick-up bakie and it's problems from day one. The bakkie stuck outside Lydenburg. Group 1 said the bakkie should be taken to Nelspruit as Lydenburg mahindra did refuse to look at it. Now they said that the bakkie overheated and they have to take a look to determine if the headgasket were compromised. In the meantime the son in law contacted the ombudsman to stop the transaction of the bakkie as it was in the period stipulated by consumers act. Verdict came they should devide cost between Mahindra and himself but he should keep the vehicle or get another one. To check the headgasket Nelspruit mahindra stripped the bakkie. Complete strip, engine gearbox and drive shaft. The engine is totally stripped pistons and all the head totally stripped. Now Mahindra Group 1 is reluctant to help Nedbank financial never intended to help they just want their payments. The ombudsman opened the highway for *****ed business like Mahindra to de***** customers and ***** them over whereas he was supposed to be helping the customer. I have a lot of questions about the insident, Why sparestrip the whole drive train when you were supposed to only check headgasket? Did they swop the parts from the vehicle to fix another blokes problem? Did Nelspruit ***** the parts for their friends or did Group 1 strip and ***** them? Why and what did the ombudsman get from the situation? Was he bribed? Did he collect? Why would Nedbank not do the exchange deal to help the customer. Why is the insurance company that is supposed to do an extended warranty on the vehicle also ducking and diving or did Group 1 pocket the money and *****ed the customer again. If the ombudsman is not impartial in his job what good is it to have him to protect the public.
