Absolutely TERRIBLE service

If I could give a minus 5, I would. Never have I received such terrible service. My vehicle was booked in for a service on Friday, it is Tuesday and I still not have it back yet. My vehicle is on a service plan, and because of *********** and untrained staff, they still do not have authorization from the service plan and they are refusing to return my vehicle. Now I am without my vehicle for 5 days already because of THEIR mistake and I still have no indication of when this will be resolved. The branch manager makes big promises when you are in front of him, but still refuses to help get this resolved when I phone for follow-up information of what is going on. NEVER EVER will I use their service again and I would never buy a Mahindra again because of this terrible service.
