Terrible service from Mahindra Eastrand Mall

This dealership did me dirty, they offered me 14% interest rate with *** score, I asked them to negotiate they went and apply at MFC and came back and tell me mfc declined me. And now wesbank also increased the rate to 15.3%, i went to the dealer and I asked to see the declined letter from MFC only to find that is was approved at 13% fixed. They didn't tell me about it because the DIC was low on MFC, if you want a good rate stay away from this dealership, they were also forcing me to take their warranty and service plans, I managed to get 2 cars for the same price with 40000 km less and 2 years full service and warranty. Verry disappointed in them......my credit score dropped drastically because of them applying everywhere when they get a good rate they come and say I've been declined and they can't show me the podium.
