Poor service and no feedback
In August 2020 I had my 2019 Kuv100 serviced for the 20 000km service. Shortly thereafter I noticed that the engine light would come on when using the air-con. Mahindra advised that this was a faulty sensor and they would replace this. The part was ordered andfitted in September. My vehicle was returned with scratches and again went in to Mahindra to repair. The use of the air-con still resulted in the engine light coming on. My vehicle wentbin to Mahindra on 22 September 2020 as they advised that the cause was that the air-con had no gas. I collected my vehicle on 29 September after Mahindra had repaired the scratches and apparently sorted out the air-con problem. On 8 October when using my vehicle, the same problem was noted and Mahindra collected my vehicle on 9 october 2020 and put a dye in to test. Vehicle was returned to Mahindra on 15 October 2020 to check for leaks. The valves were then replaced as this was apparently the problem. On 21 october 2020 I again informed Mahindra that the problem was not sorted. On 26 october 2020 my vehicle was back at Mahindra for the valve seals to be replaced and returned On 28 Oct 2020. On 5 Nov 2020t he engine light was back on when using the aircon and Mahindra informed. My vehicle was back at Mahindra on 23 Nov 2020 for further testing and diagnostics and apparently leaking at the seals was attended.I received my vehicle on 1 December 2020 as Mahindra needed to order parts and would advise when the part arrived. On 31 December Mahindra confirmed receipt of the part band my vehicle was booked in for 18 January (I postponed from 5 jan 2022 due to self quarantine). My vehicle has had the dash stripped and a further part had to be ordered. I have always had to follow up and chase Mahindra for updates. As at 27 January 2021 I still do not have my vehicle back despite advising them i neededbmy vehicle for meetings today. I have to call Mahindra for feedback
