Dis honest sales man

I baught a Balero Drop side from Mahindra East Rand Mall in May 2019 and when I baught the vehicle I asked the sales man two questions as they weren't apparent. I asked him what the year model is and he said last year. The vehicle turned out to be a 2016 model I also asked if it had a full service history and he told me yes they will courier the service book to me. The vehicle is still not on my name and I still don't have the service book. They sold the vehicle to me at R139 900 when the book value was only R95 000. I would advise everyone not to buy a used vehicle from them as they are not honest and are reluctant to solve the matter they just make excuses.
