Refunding Monday, no year specified

<p>With regards to previous review of service by Mahindra Bloemfontein. I was assured the money would be refunded in my account last week Monday. I followed up most daily and no 8 days later still no deposit, despite a complaint to Mahindra head office. I called again today apparently they only pay certain things on certain days. Why has my refund not happened yet? </p>
