NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!

Went there on 15/8/18 @ 9:00 to express interest in buying 2016 XUV, Trade in a 2013 GWM H5. Enquired about price for XUV. Lady at finance say they will give a price after they have a settlement amount for our car??????? They took our number and said they will call us. It's now the 17th and STILL NO CALL. ****TY SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, AND THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE? THEY SMOKE IN A SMOKE FREE BUILDING!!!!!!
