Mahindra KUV 100 K4 standard

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the Mahindra KUV ********** model I purchased at Bloemfontein Honda.

I bought my car 21/06/2017 that day I drove from the shop to my work 9.3km and to my sons school and home 19.6 for the day and the petrol light came on. I filled up and immediately I strated noticing that the petrol consumption for the car is not what the sales person told me. I was told by her and another male sale person that you can get between 17km/l and some of his clients get 19km/l in town. Unfortunately I need to drive on the N1 from my home to work.

11/08/2017 complaint regarding a wind noise and the petrol consumption, my door rubbers was replaced and new software on the computer. No luck Tested the car to the limit with petrol driving untill there is no more, filling up and testing,

06/09 Complaint engine light coming on and the car dies, no power nothing just stops, 2nd gear is making a scratching noise. New software and oil change for the gears

11/09 Tested the motor with aftersales manager end out of Bloemfontein I filled up he filled up getting 16km/l which he said was very good for the car Service paid R1000 for the first 3000km

10/11 Engine light on again stop dead in traffic Rattle on the inside of the car When reversing making a huge noise The door handle on the passenger back door is fading Wind noise is back The car went in 13/11 for new computer box as they received a notice that this is one of the issues, no feedback on the reverse, rattle no feedback, wind noise and handle new ones were order still no feedback untill today

24/11 I drove from Bloemfontein filling up R369 and drving to Kimberley and back which is 163km x 326 and when arrived in Bloemfontein had to fill up once again over R400 When I was in Kimberley some people wanted to a Mahindra like mine but was upset by the enjin looking like its gonna rattle and move out of the enjin mounting. did ask after sales manager regarding this and again it's a 3 cilinder and 4 cilinder will do this. No speed when I am climbing a small hill going from 120km/h dropping to 100km/h with no wind.

As seen above I have tried all my best to communicate the problem even telling the guys I want a new car as my friend bought her car just a few weeks before mine and her petrol usage is great also driving more long roads like from the farm into town, but the other problems mentioned she also struggles with and its as if they don't care.

I am demanding a new car as I traded in my chevrolet spark for this car and petrol usage was R700 - R800 per month, this new car is working out R1000 plus a month

Please can you try and assist me as I contacted Mahindra head office and they just send me back to Bloemfontein
