Counter staff sitting with their feet on the table while clients are in reception. After having to pay more than R11 000 for service and replacement of parts I had to wait for, inconveniencing me for another day, the warning light is still on, my car still sounds like a diesel engine when I start it. Charging R601 per spark plug x3 for something that can be imported for less than R100. R450 for a left wiper blade and R480 for the right side wiper blade. With the ridiculous pricing of these items, and hourly rate charged and probably stretched to charge more, I highly doubt I'll even take my car to any Mahindra branch in the future.
