Unsatisfactory Service Experience at Mahindra Benoni – Autosphere CC

I would like to share my experience with the service I received at Mahindra Benoni – Autosphere CC Service and Parts Department, located in Brentwood Park, Benoni. Based on my personal experience, I found the level of customer service to be disappointing. In addition, I have concerns regarding the quality of the services and repairs carried out on my vehicle, as the outcome did not meet my expectations. I raised my concerns but did not feel that they were adequately addressed. I am sharing this review so that other customers in the Benoni, Boksburg, and Kempton Park areas can take my experience into account when deciding where to service their vehicles.
