Mahikeng Municipality daylight ******* on poor service delivery

It is almost three months not having water at 5096 Mokhure close Mmabatho unit 13, my meter swopped out with 5097 because theirs was broken, I queried at municipality but to this stage no one is assisting me yet I am billed when there is no consumption, I wonder where they sniffed out the readings. Please assist me further
