Complaint

Good day We were called for Indigent training by Mahikeng local municipality in March. We were given about 150 forms to register qualifying households & told we need to complete that within certain days. They told they'll pay R750 once completed. We did that, they requested bank statements to confirm accounts and we did that in April. When I asked our councilor of ward 8 (Tshepo Murubane) about the payment last month(May) he was surprised we haven't been paid. 2 weeks ago I went to the offices to enquire & I was told by Vivian to speak to Mr Pule, he was in the office & Vivian said he'll ask him to call me. Today I went back, found Mr Pule & he told me he does not deal with payment & I must go find someone else. When I declare my frustration he told me not to throw tantrums there because it's not my house, I recorded the whole conversation. I got angry & went to find Vivian, who's also clueless. Then we spoke to one of her bosses(didn't get his name)who told me that everybody needs to submit before everybody can get paid, so I asked how many still needs to submit, he was clueless. He learned that I was recoding the conversation & started telling me it's ******* to record without knowledge but Vivian knew I was recording the conversation conversation, then he told me that this is a company not a tuckshop. I just wanted to find out when is the payment & no one can give me a straight answer. We did what they wanted & now it's like I'm stupid not to know how the municipality works. Pls help
