MAHARAJA'S SPICE WARNING

To who ever it may Concern. Its with a great amount of disappoint that I am bringing this event to light but I have been giving little to no choice after the complete lack of assistance and respect. Exactly to the day, 1 month ago on the 19th of January a driver of a well known Business in the upper highway area, knocked my car that was packed outside my place of work i Oxford Village Hillcrest. To the driver's credit, Mrs Khuzwayo didn't drive off because of multiple witnesses but waited while a was called to the seen of the incident. The next few minutes were very emotion for both her and myself but after we had changed details she was again on her way. Moments later I immediately informed Jordach from the head of marketing at Maharaja's spice and furnished him with all the info from the accident as to be as transparent as possible. Later that afternoon I then went to Hillcrest police station where i logged an accident report and once again immediately sent all then info through to Jordach. Now this is when things started to go sideways, the driver from Maharaj's Spice only went to report the accident report three days later for some reason. I was told by Jordach that they would communicate to me from there the way forward and have my vehicle sorted out and apologized for the inconvenience. All of this was false. I have never received a call from anyone at Maharaj's spice to help, give assistance or even check up if things were ok and if the vehicle was even getting sorted out. 2 weeks later I requested details for the insurance company and claim number which after promises from Jordach to provide never happened. I then got a simple whatsapp message as follows. Hi Ryan, I hope you’re well. My name is Tamika, and I’m Bradley’s PA (Our Managing Director). I’d like to apologise for the delay in getting back to you regarding the accident involving our driver. I will send you our insurance details first thing tomorrow morning so you can liaise with them directly and get the matter resolved as quickly as possible. If you need anything further from our side in the meantime, please let me know. Thanks 🙏🏼 Needless to say, none of this happen, i message Tamika back and then was promise the details by latest Friday the 13th and true to form again nothing. I am now getting no more responses from Tamika at all and it feels like they are trying to sweep thing whole thing under the rug. Today is the 13th APRIL, two full months later and to date no one from Maharaja's Spice or their insurance carriers have called me to sort things out. This review is here as a warning for anyone thinking of using or doing business with Maharaja's Spice, THINK TWICE! There behaviour isn't ethical, they aren't interested in being honest, they basically don't care if their employees damage fellow businesses property or the publics. If the can do this to a person over less than R10 000 of damage to a vehicle on a public road, can you even imagen what would happen if you were in business with them and there was an issue with a large claim. You wouldn't stand a chance. AGAIN, STAY CLEAR OF MAHARAJA'S SPICE (DISHONEST)
