DISHONESTY DELIVERY FEE CHARGE

Hi there. I need assistance with the Maharaj Auto Motors Kaapmuiden Road in Barberon (Mpumalanga) I bought a car from them and they issued me a quote and had to pay 50% deposit and the rest will paid once the car has been delivered. They promised me that the delivery is free as per the quotation, about an hour to 2 hours later a guy from the dealership calls and informs me that I have to pay the rest of the money because it's a Saturday and that it was a mistake o their side. I asked how can you forget that it's a Saturday and what guarantee do I have that you will keep your promise and deliver my car? Well Mam we would never rob you then I said okay no problem. I paid the money and sent the POP. Again after a few minutes this guy calls again and now he wants me to add a delivery fee of over R3000.00 and that whoever was helping me is stupid and that they are new and that we all make mistakes and it was a mistake and they apologize. I asked who authorized the quotation and I couldn't get a straight answer. He then threatened me to say that he will instruct the driver to turn around and they will give me my money. I said then it's fine because I don't have the money that you're asking me and I don't know where I will find it as the funds I have are the funds that were reserved for the cat nothing more.

A day has passed and they still haven't said anything except that I must pay the money
