Paid Up Letter

I have been requesting for a Paid Up Letter to be sent to me since the 04/06/2015. It is now the 24/06/2015 and to date nothing has been received. I called again today was told that they do not know who Samantha is by the call centre on *** and that I would have to put a request in again for a Paid Up Letter.<br> <br> When I asked when I would get this letter I was told it would take a couple of days. This is unacceptable as i have already waited 20 Days for this letter and now I am being told to wait a few more days, enough time for me to forget about the whole thing and take this all up again 20 days later. In retrospect I will probably not even receive this letter as the weird part about everything is this was a Wonga handover. When I called Wonga according to them my account is still in arrears and has not be settled. What the hell??? Where are my payment that I have made. If i do not receive my Paid up Letter by 2pm today I will have no choice but to take this up with the Ombudsman as well as the Police and lay a charge of *****.
