**** and theft !!!

I was given a subscription as a birthday present in December 2020. I have yet to received anything !!! We have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of someone and NO ONE ever comes back to us.

I am disgusted that a company does not respond - this is theft !! We have purchased something which has not materialised and the company has basically kept the money and gone MIA
