Pay While you don't use

<p>as my title says, pay while you dont use. My subscription was to be cancelled in december 2016. But seems like they heard I said cancellation should be never. 7 months down the line, I'm still getting charged the subscription fee. every month I need to keep airtime, data and my time just to let them know that they have charged me for service that was to be cancelled in DECEMBER 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>Money does'nt grow on trees. over and above their subscription i get charged for the debit order. and if i want to reverse the subscription amount i get charged transaction fees as well. this is not on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our President has looted enough from us, that these companies are also following the footsteps.</p> <p>(find it offending), you guys should'nt.</p> <p> </p> <p>if i pay for your service that was cancelled. why dont you guys pay me my monthly fees for an audit that you guys wont do? </p> <p> </p> <p>I await a call from management, tired of talking to call centre.</p>
