Magzone have no control over their debit order system

<p>After accepting a contract from Telkom to host our wi-fi, two mysterious debit orders also appeared on our company account - Rescuebox and Magzone. After investigation and phoning several numbers we managed to cancel both of these mysterious companies' debit orders on 31 August and received SMS confirmation from each.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, a month later Magzone raises their debit order again. Response to my query is that our debit order has been cancelled on 31 August and proof must be submitted that Magzone raised a debit order again. Which was quite easy to do as the debit order raised on 30 September goes along with reference Mag Zone....</p> <p> </p> <p>My question is if Magzone indeed has any control over their financial system if they are not even aware that their system is still raising debit orders after it has been "cancelled". Or has it been cancelled ;-)</p>
