This has been now almost a week since I have locked this complaint - the agent only phoned me back the same day to state they are trying to have this sorted<br> <br> Still almost a week and my refund still have not been paid back!<br> <br> How many times do I need to lock a complaint to have this sorted! This have been now more than a month trying to have my money back for products I did not want or approved off<br> <br>
