Every month I have to reverse their debit order

<p>I took the subscription when i thought i was getting a new phone but cancelled a month later and they acknowledged my cancellation. every month they debit my account and i have to do reversals on the debit order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im really tired of this stupid game that they are playing!!!!</p>
