Debit order still not cancelled after 4 months

<p>I have given Magzone written and telephonic instruction since August 2016 to cancel a debit order they put on our business account without consulting us about it first. Our initial contact was with T-Connect regarding fibre, but all of a sudden Magzone was also in the picture.</p> <p>I have had contact with their support team since August to stop taking these debit orders and up to end of December it is still going off. Every month I get telephonic confirmation from a support member that everything is cancelled and it will not happen again, only to see that the Magzone debit order went off again the next month. To report the end of December debit order that they took again would be the 5th time that I'm dealing with their support team regarding the same issue. </p>
