Subscritption with No Service

The subscription for Golf Digest was to be with 2 sleeves of Golf ***** and that was taken out in October 2015. I have contacted them now by email (20 Oct, 27 Oct, 8 Dec and now 27 Jan 2016) and are still yet to get an answer as to what has happened to the golf *****.<br> <br> I am now giving up!!!!!
